- Lead support operations for Cloud platforms (OVH, AWS S3, etc.)
- Ensure reliability, security, and high availability of critical production environments
- Operate and evolve Big Data solutions for 15 client accounts
- Monitor and improve platforms through monitoring, logging, and automation (SRE approach)
- Handle complex incidents and customer escalations
- Track issues and ensure SLA compliance
- Troubleshoot scripts, OS, hardware, clusters, networks, and applications
- Provide on-call support (one week per month, 24/7) to ensure service continuity
- Produce technical documentation and maintain the internal knowledge base
- Deliver technical training sessions (FR/EN) for customers and internal teams
